What the Family Pride Pay App Does
Our app is designed to make your laundry experience fast, reliable, and stress-free. With Family Pride Pay, you can:
- Start and pay for laundry machines from your phone
- See which machines are available before you head to the laundry room (if available with your building’s app configuration)
- Track cycle progress and get notified when your laundry is done (if available with your building’s app configuration)
- Request service or report issues in seconds
- Request refunds directly through the app
It’s the most convenient way to use the laundry equipment in your building—and it’s included at no extra cost for all residents living in properties we serve.
How to Get Started
- Download the ‘Family Pride Pay’ app from your app store
- Open the app and find your laundry room using one of the three options provided
- After creating an account, click ‘Add Funds’, select the amount, and enter your card info
- Scan the QR Code on the Machine you plan to use (or manually enter the machine number)
- Once your load is ready, select your preferred cycle on the machine and push start
